Shipping and payment term

  • The company will ship the products based on the information provided by the customer within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after confirming receipt of the payment proof (Deposit Slip).
  • The company delivers products only within Thailand.
  • All shipments are made via Thailand Post, registered mail.
  • The company reserves the right not to take any responsibility. In case that the delivery delay is not caused by the company.
  • In the event of defective products, and if notified within 3 days of receipt, the company will replace the product. You can contact Customer Relations at Tel. 02-354-2000 ext. 184359-61 or email: bemshop.info@bemplc.co.th. The company reserves the right to refuse cash refunds for any product returns.
  • The company reserves the right to exchange the product for cash refunds in any case. Product replacement may incur shipping charges.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel or change the conditions without prior notice.
